Stone Hill Invoicer lets your organize your invoices into various 'smart lists'.

What Is A Smart Listing?

Each invoice has a number of labels attached to it, like who the client is and what the status of the invoice is set to. By creating a smart list with a condition like 'Status is Uninvoiced', you can see all the invoices which need to be sent out in one list.

Creating Smart Listings

To add a smart list, click the "+" button in the smart folders column. Right clicking on a smart folder pops up a window that lets you set a condition for the list. Conditions in smart lists are case sensitive.

Removing Smart Listings

To remove a smart list, click the "-" button in the smart folders column. You will be prompted to confirm deleting the list. Deleting a list does not delete the invoices which are in the list.
